FAQ's

How does it work?

Take a look at the different party experiences we have to offer. Once you have your party, theme and date picked, head over to our BOOK NOW tab and fill out our booking form. We will then send over an invoice and request either a $100 (parties up to $900) or $300 (parties over $900) non-refundable deposit. That deposit reserves your date/theme. Your party is not secure until a deposit has been made. 

When do you set up/pick up & how long does it take?

Set up is anytime between 9:30am-1:00pm. You will receive a text notification with an ETA when someone is on their way. Set up can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes depending on your party size. Pick up the next day will be discussed during the set up but is also between 9:30am-1:00pm.

Do you travel?

Yes, we do! We service all of RI and parts of MA, CT and NH. First 20 miles from 02806 are free and there is a travel fee after that. Travel fees are as followed:​
  • 1-10 miles - FREE 
  • 11-20 miles - FREE (minimum party spend of $350 not including travel fee)
  • 21-25 miles - $25 (minimum party spend of $400 not including travel fee)
  • 26-30 miles - $40 (minimum party spend of $500 not including travel fee)
  • 31-35 miles - $60 (minimum party spend of $500 not including travel fee)
  • 36-40 miles - $80 (minimum party spend of $650 not including travel fee)
  • 41 -45 miles - $100 (minimum party spend of $650 not including travel fee)
  • 46-50 miles - $120 (minimum party spend of $650 not including travel fee)
  • 51-55 miles - $140 (minimum party spend of $800 not including travel fee)
  • 56-60 miles - $160 (minimum party spend of $800 not including travel fee)

Do you offer a DIY option? 

Sorry, we are a full service Sleepover Rental company and do not offer DIY set ups.

Do you rent out tents, picnic tables or air mattresses only?

Sorry, we do not rent our our equipment individually. 

What do we get to keep?

Our Sleepover Packages are all rentals. Only items that can be kept are optional add on services (ex. personalized sleep masks, personalized name plaques, balloon garlands)

Do you host the parties?

We do not host our sleepover parties or picnics. There is an option to have one of our party specialists host your Build-a-Buddy party for an additional fee.

Can I make changes to my party?

Absolutely! You can make changes to your party up to 7 days prior, when your final payment is due. Once final payment is received, no changes can be made.

How much space is needed for my sleepover?

We offer 2 different sized air mattresses. Our sleepovers using tot mattresses need a space of 3'x5' for each tent. Our sleepovers using twin mattresses need a space of 3.5'x6' for each tent. Our outdoor bell tents need up to 25' clearance. 

Are your items cleaned/sanitized?

Most definitely! We take cleaning SERIOUS!! All of our linens* are washed after each sleepover with a hypoallergenic laundry detergent specially formulated to be fragrance-free with 0% added dyes, chlorine, phosphates or brighteners to make sure none of our little Sleepyheads have skin reactions. *that includes blankets, sheets, pillow covers, rugs and tents
All of hard surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant wipes to make sure everyone stays safe!

Is Sleepyheads LLC a registered business?

We are a registered business and we are all FULLY INSURED. You can feel reassured that we operate at only the highest standards. All of our equipment is SAFE for your kids!

What if I need to cancel my party?

In the event that you need to cancel your party, your party can be rescheduled or the non-refundable deposit can be applied to a future party that's booked within a 1 year.
